What should I do if I'm not happy with my order?

Janzoon guarantees the quality of its products and services. Subject to the terms of Janzoon’s Customer Service Guaranty, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from us, contact Customer Service toll free at 1-888-540-3267 within 30 days of receiving your order and we will refund you the purchase price of the product(s) in question, minus shipping and handling fees.

Most customers are pleased with how well their job matches what they see online. However, due to wide differences in monitor calibration and various technologies used, some printed colors may not exactly match the colors on your specific monitor. We endeavor to make your ordered product look its best by printing to a pleasing color standard, using standard in densities.There is no guarantee that your finished piece will approximate your printed sample.

Can I cancel or change my order?

To reduce costs and provide valuable savings to our customers, Janzoon is a completely automated, self-service website. As noted on our website and throughout our checkout process, orders cannot be changed or cancelled once submitted. We apologize for any inconvenience. Our expedited fulfillment process cuts down on our manufacturing costs and expedites our production time, giving you an incredible value.

When will I receive my order?

Delivery times apply to orders placed before 8:00 p.m. ET. Priority and Rush shipping options are not guaranteed for PO Box, APO or FPO delivery.

+ Rush orders will arrive within 3 business days after today. Processing times estimated are for continental U.S. Alaska and Hawaii may take a bit longer.

* Business days - includes Monday through Friday, excludes Saturday, Sunday and Holidays.
Important: We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes with Priority and Rush shipments. Please specify a street address for these classes of service.


(1) Priority and Rush shipments cannot be delivered to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses. Delivery times may be longer for these addresses and the delivery service may need to contact you by phone to obtain a street address in order to deliver the package.

(2) Rush orders will arrive within 3 business days after you place your order. Processing times are estimated for continental U.S. delivery. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may take a bit longer.

(3) We cannot guarantee Rush Delivery for Letterhead products. If your order contains Letterhead products and you select Rush Delivery, you will be charged for Priority Delivery and receive your Letterhead products within 7 business days.

Does Janzoon ship to P.O. Boxes?

Yes, Janzoon does ship to P.O. Boxes. Since P.O. Box delivery can only be done by the USPS, customers shipping to P.O. Boxes must choose the slow shipping method.

How do I report an unauthorized purchase or billing error?

What do I do if I received my order, but it is not complete?

After receiving your order, if you believe that it is not complete, please review the details of your order to verify that all items have shipped together. Contact us at the link below to provide details regarding missing items. Important: Address labels are shipped separately from other items so they will arrive at different times.

View the details and current status of your order.
  1. At the top of the screen, click on "My Account". (Sign in if you haven't already)
  2. Click on "Order History" to view more details, click on the order number. You can print out a copy of your transaction from the Order Details screen.
Include your name, e-mail address and order number to speed the processing of your request.

Is the Janzoon site secure?

Janzoon protects our customers and their information with secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, the highest level of security available on the internet. SSL is supported by most current browsers. It encrypts information being transmitted via the internet to maintain the privacy and integrity of the messages.

The standard 40-bit or 56-bit encryption supported by Internet explorer 5.0 browser is Janzoon's minimum requirement for transactions. Customers using a different browser should refer to the documentation on security features specific to that browser.

What is your photo retention policy?

Paid images will be retained within My Account under My Images. Unpaid images will be removed after 3 weeks; a notice will be sent one week prior. Used removed images will be invalidated.
